Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms is to regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and members, and other necessary matters regarding the use of the ApplyGogo service (hereinafter referred to as "Service") operated by Keique Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Company").
Article 2 (Definition of Terms)
- "Service" refers to AI-based resume conversion and related general services provided by the Company.
- "Member" refers to a person who has entered into a service use contract with the Company and uses the services provided by the Company.
- "Paid Service" refers to various digital contents and general services provided by the Company for a fee.
Article 3 (Effect and Change of Terms)
The Company posts the contents of these Terms on the initial screen of the service so that members can easily understand them. The Company may revise these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws, and in case of revision, the application date and reason for revision shall be specified and announced on the initial screen of the service along with the current Terms.
Article 4 (Membership Registration)
Membership registration is concluded when a user agrees to the contents of the Terms and applies for registration, and the Company approves such application. The Company may withhold or reject approval in the following cases.
- If the applicant has previously lost membership qualifications under these Terms
- If someone else's name is used
- If false information is entered or contents presented by the Company are not entered
Article 5 (Provision and Change of Service)
The Company provides services such as AI resume summary, translation, and PDF conversion to members. The Company may change the contents of the service provided according to changes in technical specifications or other operational needs, and in this case, the changed contents and application date will be specified and announced in advance.
Article 6 (Usage Fees and Payment)
The service is provided in free and paid (passes, etc.) categories. Usage fees and payment methods for paid services follow what is specified on the relevant service page.
Article 7 (Cancellation and Refund Policy)
The Company applies the following refund policy considering the characteristics of digital content and services.
- Full Refund: Within 7 days of purchasing a paid pass, provided that no credits provided through the pass have been used and no services such as AI processing have been used even once.
- Non-refundable: If 7 days have passed since purchase, or if credits have been used at least once or AI processing has occurred, it is considered that the value of the digital content has significantly decreased, and refunds are not possible.
- No Partial Refund: Since this service is provided as a term-based pass and credit recharge method, partial refunds for early termination are not provided.
Article 8 (Privacy Protection)
The Company strives to protect the personal information of members as prescribed by relevant laws. Regarding the protection and use of personal information, relevant laws and the Company's Privacy Policy apply.
Article 9 (Obligations of Members)
Members shall not engage in the following acts.
- Registration of false information upon application or change
- Theft of other people's information
- Change of information posted by the Company
- Acts that interfere with the legitimate operation of the service
